Return & Refund Overview
Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of electronics and IT products, we follow a strict
No Refund
and
Conditional Return
policy.
Refunds are not applicable on any sold products.
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances determined by management discretion. If a refund is approved in rare cases, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered
— item does not match the invoice.
Dead-on-arrival (DOA)
— product is non-functional upon delivery and verified by our technical team.
Physical damage during shipment
— must be reported
within 24 hours
of delivery. A
complete parcel opening video
is required as proof. Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Product must be
unused
and in its
original packaging
with all accessories, manuals, and cables.
Original invoice
must be provided.
Product will first be
inspected
by our technical team before any return is approved.
Return request must be submitted within
3 calendar days
from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are
not eligible
for return under any circumstances:
Opened software, printer cartridges, toners, and consumables.
Products with signs of physical damage, burns, or tampering.
Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special discounts.
Accessories such as power adapters, cables, and pre-installed software.

General Warranty Terms
Warranty on all products is provided by the
manufacturer, supplier, or distributor
and is
facilitated
by Amir Traders as the reseller. Amir Traders is not directly liable for warranty fulfillment.
New products
typically arrive in sealed packaging and are sold as-is from the manufacturer. We do not open or test sealed products. Warranty on these items varies:
Most new products carry the
brand’s own 1 to 3-year warranty
.
On select new products, we offer
our own warranty of 10 months to 1 year
.
Used products
(such as graphics cards) are tested before sale and are sold with a
limited warranty of 7 days to a maximum of 1 month
, depending on the product.
Warranty is not universal.
While the majority of products carry a warranty, certain items — such as Windows installations, mice, and select accessories — may be sold
without any warranty
. The applicable warranty period (if any) is clearly mentioned next to each item on your official shop invoice.

Product & Invoice Compliance
In case of a mismatch between the physical product and the invoice, the matter will be addressed based on the seller’s discretion.
Accessories and consumables — including power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, toners, and pre-installed software — are
not covered under warranty
.

Display & Software Limitations
Manufacturer warranty is
void
for display issues such as abnormal brightness, dead pixels, backlight bleed, or similar defects on LCD/LED screens, including laptop displays.
Hardware warranty does
not
include software-related support or services.
Software installation, OS imaging, or device relocation services are not offered for free.
Charges will apply.

Documentation & Claims
All warranty claims
must
be accompanied by a valid original invoice. Claims without an invoice will not be entertained.
Warranty coverage includes
repair only
— no replacements or refunds will be offered.
Product repair timelines may range from
4 to 8 weeks
, depending on the nature of the issue and subject to applicable regulations.

Warranty Limitations & Voiding
Warranty is
non-transferable
and valid only for the original purchaser.
Warranty will be void if:
The product is opened, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
Internal modifications or repairs are performed outside of authorized service centers.
Limited Warranty Structure:
First year:
Free of service charges.
Subsequent period:
Service charges will apply.

Right to Refuse Warranty
Amir Traders reserves the right to reject any warranty claim under the following circumstances:
Lack of a valid original invoice.
Product shows signs of
physical damage, burns, or tampering
.
Serial numbers are
missing, altered, or illegible
.
The issue appears to be caused by
mishandling
.
The product or component is submitted in poor condition or falls outside acceptable standards.
Warranty may be
conditionally accepted
if the defect is not conclusively proven to be a manufacturing fault. Certain parts may have a shorter life expectancy than the stated warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty
The following are
not covered
under warranty:
Electrical faults, fire, lightning, or accidents.
Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration.
Damage due to improper installation or use.
Use of non-compatible accessories or components.
Damage from dropping, mishandling, or impact.
Exposure to moisture, humidity, weather elements, or any form of liquid.
Burned, physically damaged, or dead products — even within the valid warranty period.
