The Indian mobile gaming community has been impatiently waiting for the release of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BMI) ever since its pre-registration went live for Android users on May 18. Earlier today, Krafton dropped a new trailer on BMI’s official YouTube channel which was a call for action, asking users whether they had pre-registered for the India exclusive battle royale or not. However, the thing that caught everyone’s attention was a sneak peek at a ‘Level 3 Backpack’ shown towards the end of the video, which has since created a lot of buzz among community members. Unfortunately, there is still no news about when the pre-registrations would begin for iOS users.

BMI New Trailer Released Featuring Backpack

The Indian mobile gaming community is really excited for the release of Battleground Mobile India whose pre-registrations have now been live for well over a week on the Play Store. The same cannot be said for the iOS users who are still awaiting information about when would BMI arrive on Apple’s App Store.

Though the teaser released earlier today might have definitely got them a bit hopeful due to its title, which read “Battlegrounds Mobile India – Have You Pre-Registered?” (translated from Hindi). But to their dismay it was nothing more than a call for action, asking the players once again if they had done the needful or not.

The trailer starts off with the following statement appearing on the screen “Some memories do not let you sleep” (translated from Hindi), followed by a ‘Level 3 Backpack’ appearing on the screen which got a lot of users talking about it. Within the last few hours, the trailer has already got more than 2.5 million views as users flocked the comment section asking when the game would be releasing.

While there are a lot of rumours and speculations going around that the game would release on June 10, there is no official release date yet with Krafton coming forward and stating that “We are still in the process of finalizing the launch date, we will keep our fans informed on future developments.”

Battlegrounds Mobile India is offering a lot of free rewards for the users like a Recon Mask, a Recon Outfit, a Celebration Expert Title, and 300 AG (Ace Gold) the in-game currency, for pre-registering themselves. The Play Store page also gave away other important information like the minimum system requirement for playing BMI, and what else can the user expect from the game.
