PUBG Mobile YouTuber Paras Singh has made some racist remarks against former Arunachal Pradesh MP and current MLA Ninong Ering. As first reported by Eastern Mojo, in a now-edited video that was posted on May 22, the PUBG Mobile YouTuber called Ering a non-Indian and stated that Arunachal Pradesh belongs to China. A case has been filed against Paras Singh for inciting ill-will and hatred toward the people of Arunachal Pradesh and the YouTuber has apologized for his remarks. Earlier this week, Ninong Ering requested the Indian government to ban Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) ahead of its launch and claimed that the app is guilty of “Chinese deception.”

PUBG Mobile YouTuber Paras Singh Makes Racist Remarks About Ninong Ering

Paras Singh who goes by the name ‘Paras Official’ on YouTube made a video on Ninong Ering’s call to block Battlegrounds Mobile India’s launch. In the video he was seen opening Ering’s Twitter profile picture and saying:

“Does he look like someone from India? I don’t think he is an Indian.”

He then opened Ering’s Twitter banner image and said,

“Here also I don’t think anyone is an Indian. Maybe this is what people from Arunachal Pradesh look like, I don’t know as I have never met them.”

He also commented on Ering’s name stating that it didn’t feel like an Indian name. Singh went on to search for Arunachal Pradesh on a map of India and stated that he couldn’t find the state in it before claiming,

“This is on China’s side…. here it is in the corner. There are Chinese cities on top of it and around it, which means that this belongs to China. In a way, it is with them as it just touches India a little.”

Following the outrage that followed, Singh later posted a video on May 24th, apologizing for making these racist remarks against Ninong Ering.

However, a video posted on his channel later in the day shows a woman who claims to be his mother asking viewers to forgive her son. She also stated that her son was “taken” from his residence by people claiming to be sent from the chowki (police station).
