Riot Games added a job listing for the role of “Game Producer II – Wild Rift, Console” on its official careers page, confirming that Wild Rift is in development for consoles. Wild Rift is the mobile-optimized version of League of Legends which will also be making an entry to console devices. Considering the game is optimized or touch-based devices, we may be seeing a Nintendo Switch version of the game as well but Riot Games is yet to make an official announcement on which console platforms the game will be supported on. Here is a look at everything we know so far about Wild Rift’s console release.

Teamfight Tactics and Legends of Runeterra are available on multiple platforms while Wild Rift is currently a mobile-exclusive.
Wild Rift Console Release Date
When Riot Games announced Wild Rift back in 2019, the studio revealed that the game is coming to mobile and console. However, there have been no official announcements since then about a console release. There is no confirmed release date and fans also do not know which platforms the game will be launching for. The three likely platforms the game is slated to launch for include Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.
